1.

Selling your Stock

Advertising your stock has never been easier.  Simply fill in a for sale form, located through the members page and email to admin@miniaturegoatsaustralia.com along with a good clear picture and it will be added to the for sale page on the for sale page.  Advertisements will be deleted after 3 months unless you advise before hand that the animal/s is/has been sold.

2.

Website and Facebook Links
If you have a stud website of your own and/or facebook page, a link will be added to Miniature Goats Australia Association inc. webpage to afford you maximum exposure so the public and other breeders can find you.

3.

Free Stud Registration
Stud registration is Free for the life of your membership only.

4.

Members Only Facebook Page

MGA have a members only Facebook page and made the decision to keep it locked to members only so as you feel comfortable to ask questions, tell your stories, add photos and debate topics without the general public watching on.

MGA also have a public Facebook page to post photos (with your stud referenced), to advertise events and to speak to the public.

5.

Free Wether Registrations
ALL wethers are free to register.  Miniature Goats Australia offers this so as to capture ALL progeny born.  If wethers are not registered there is no way of knowing how many male kids have been born to a Doe and therefore records are incomplete and not accurate.  Also that cute little wether you sell will have an authentic Australian Miniature Goat Registration Certificate to go with him.  He will not just be a pet goat.

6.

Association Forms
Forms are a necessary evil but Miniature Goats Australia have made it as simple as possible.  Most of our forms are automated and easy to use.  We will still have paper forms for internet outages and for anyone not comfortable using a computer.

7.

Membership Operated Database
Miniature Goats Australia Association is the first Miniature Goat Association to offer this feature and we are very proud of this achievement.  As a Breeder member you are able to enter in all the registration details, photos and heights of your animals.

8.

Newsletters
Miniature Goats Australia Newsletter 'Newsflash' is a small, informative newsletter available to all members so as to ensure the whole membership is kept up to date with Association news.  Newsflash is uploaded to the members page.

9.

Transfers and Upgades
As a member you are able to transfer an animal and upgrade your animals details.

10.

Online Show Entries
Show entries are easy to complete with the online entry form and schedule.

11.

Voting Rights

Breeder Members named on your membership application have one vote at an MGA meeting and you are welcome to attend all meetings.

12.

13.

Shows, Events, Competitions & Displays
Miniature Goats Australia (MGA) encourages members to display their goats at any opportunity and to join in with official MGA shows.  You don't have to show your animals to come to the show.  It is a great day to chat and to get to know each other, see other animals and talk about our favourite subject - our goats!.

Keep an eye on the MGA Events page for our next event.

MGA run competitions at various times and all members are welcome to enter.
